Funny, she doesn't seem to bother with soya 'milk' making, probably because she likes the cashew milk.

A thought: as the ingredients are all edible, it would make sense (for many foods, maybe not all) to keep all the solids mixed with the liquids and just stir as required, rather than strain out the 'okara' (which is the name given to the leftover soy solids).

I'm happy it will last a long time and pay for itself in non-created tetrapaks.

If there was just one improvement I would make to that particular machine, I would have a heavy glass jug rather than the stainless steel one with the plastic base and handle. More fun to watch and easier to clean too.

How can you make a milk out of peanuts? They have a drink called horchata in Spain that is made from some sort of nut, either peanut or something similar.

Amazing how many people are not aware of the issues with soya!
It only takes a google search.

That's right, though it took a long time for my DIL to find that soya was the cause of her excess weight and bad skin. Well, at least, once she cut out soya, she slimmed down and her skin became clear again, so that's good enough for the both of us. She had concentrated on dairy elimination originally, so it could easily be a combination of things, but still.
