Ah - that's because I have been pondering the tremendously useful discovery that a very, very young elderberry wine (i.e. that made from the elderberries I put in the freezer last year and forgot about) made to about 10% ABV and drunk 50-50 with lemonade is a very tasty, refreshing thing which gets you through a long gardening session without making you fally-down.

These things are important to the well-being of the universe. I fell silent in the face of such profundity (and the fact that, even at 5%, it's still possible to slightly overdo it).

EDIT3: Right - back to the new greenhouse which is now in full production and looking like a good'un. The tomato supports are in the process of being built - no thanks to those damned Vogons.
