yes, inefficient houses abound in greece, and they are large!
90 euros per ton for uncut trunks of oak from bulgaria. that is what it was.
times is 'ard in greece.
but i'm sitting down to entirely home grown lunch having spent the morning in the garden working in shorts and T. and now i have 4 hours of lessons teaching some delightful kids. So i guess it ain't all bad.
