Life has been pretty hectic Shirlz, I 'do' Usborne books as well as my other 'hobbies' and this is silly season for shows/fairs/fetes so I've been carting car loads of book around the south west, and shipping small boys up to their grand parents for a week- which was strange, the house was eerily quiet I'd like to say tidy too but the 'big' boy stayed here and seemed to make as much mess as 2 small ones! As from tomorrow I'm in a tent up near Grafham water for a week and will be praying to the gods NOT to rain for a change!
And just for good luck my friend and I are in the throws of starting up a new jewellery making business, we've already done one exhibition, had some sales and completed a comission and we've only been going a month! here's an example.....

The Allotment is looking a lot better, the guy who has taken on the cleared patch behind me is another who doesn't want sprays so thats good, and the smell of burning has faded
Hows life up there? I like your new piccie of the J man with ice cream hope your brood are all well. Take care

kind thoughts
Deb

Oooh Deb...

I like that piece of jewellery!! Very nice indeed. Best of luck with the new venture - it sounds like it's going well so far.

Things are ok up here, apart from the usual lack of money and time. The J man just had his hearing test... he'd failed one earlier in the year but passed this one... thank goodness.

I hope you have a great holiday :flower:
