We have apple, pear and cherry trees from Morrisons, all growing very well so hoping for fruit in a year or two.
We also have redcurrents and blackberries from Wilkinsons, again growing well so am hopeful!

Woolworths are having a sale so I picked up a gooseberry bush and blackcurrant bush for £1.99 each. It will be interesting to see how they do. I also got a golden elder from Woolworths for £3 in March and it is already looking lovely. Beautiful colour on the leaves.

I was thinking that Woolies, and all that would be good value - and then I visited my mum. There's a garden centre within walking distance of her - goosegogs £2.99 for named varieties, same went for the currants. Raspberry canes, 3 in a pot - either all the same or 1 of each of 3 named varieties was £3.99 - Woolies and places wanted £2 for one cane.
Another garden centre was selling 10 raspberry canes for £4.50 (admittedly they were half price but still works out favourably compared to high street shops).
