This might sound totally mad but everytime I feel down in the dumps I force myself to look at the sky and keep my eyes open for 10 - 20 seconds. I swear it works... try it.

My sister told me that 1 in 4 people in the UK are on anti-depersants ?!?!?! She uses it as an excuse to say that it is normal... I say, get digging britain, head up shoulders back breath that air and eat that healthy food... seems to me it could solve alot of societies ails.

hmmm alotments on the NHS... now theres a plan.
