For him but obviously I would go with him. Theres no mixed classes at his stage unfortunately

My daughter was a bit like that about losing and one thing we used was games where it doesnt rely on age or skill (eg snakes and ladders).
Also saying that she wasn't old enough for a game and had better sit this one out usually ended in her playing and being 'grown up' about not always winning. The infant class she was in didn't do competitive sports but just fun games.
Always congratulating the winner of a game is good too as it shows that only one person has won rather than him being 'the loser'.
