Looks like wild chervil - cow parsley to me. You us it like parsley - or chervil!
The spots won't show up till it's older if it's hemlock. The best way is to take a cross-section through the stem and see if it's U shaped - with a groove down the middle. If so, it may well be cow parsley. If it's round it's probably hemlock.
Another rule of thumb is that hemlock tends to grow in wet boggy ground, and cow parsley prefers dryer soil.
