Animals know whats good for them (apart of course from the evil ragwort) willow is the base of aspirin is it not? so she's covering all her bases

I certainly wasn't suggesting otherwise, just that, like me, she might just like the hawthorne to eat. I'm not keen on willow though
but animals often self medicate, in fact some herbal remedies have come from observing animals.
Also, and I'm sure someone will correct me on this, I thought the problem with Ragwort was not that Horses would eat it fresh, just that they don't notice when it gets into the hay, dried.
