Animals know whats good for them (apart of course from the evil ragwort) willow is the base of aspirin is it not? so she's covering all her bases :wink:

I certainly wasn't suggesting otherwise, just that, like me, she might just like the hawthorne to eat. I'm not keen on willow though :wink: but animals often self medicate, in fact some herbal remedies have come from observing animals.
Also, and I'm sure someone will correct me on this, I thought the problem with Ragwort was not that Horses would eat it fresh, just that they don't notice when it gets into the hay, dried.
