Yep, I'd eat it. I also confess to having used flour with tiny bugs in, on account of them being cooked first and therefore harmless. (We were in the middle of nowhere and it was that or go hungry). I rarely take notice of sell by dates, trusting my own instincts more and I'm not dead yet. ww.
