Thank you Mike, will do that today. I popped the lid up yesterday to have a quick look at it and got anose full of fumes and nearly fell over !! Woohoo! :roll: :mrgreen: :drunken:

Need to look out for some demijohns methinks because like you say, I'll need the bucket for the next lot of wine...or maybe cider!! :salute:

So sorry about not coming back to report, but I've been so busy I haven't had time to think.

Anyway BIG thank you to MKG and you other lovely forum members for talking me through the wine making process!

I thought that maybe you would like an update on how it turned out! It's actually rather splendid and I'm chuffed to bits. If you were closer I would come give you all a glass, but I can't so I will just raise one to you this evening!

Have been following this thread and it has given me so much pleasure and a few smiles along the way to read the comments, and once more proves that Ish is more of a family than just a site, and I for one would like to a Big Thank you to MKG, for his unstinting help, and humour.
