Pickled eggs....Yum!
My OH does dill pickled eggs. Great sliced oncrackers with cheese, avocado, whatever you've got.

Hi all,now I have a glut of eggs I remembered my dadloves pickled eggs but I am not sure of the basic recipe I assume you hard boil them put them in a jar ,then fill to the top with malt vinegar am I right?looking at the posts before he's not a chilli man so just salt/pepper??
