OOh, i've just reminded myself actually...

There's a lady round here who will sew for you - so if you've got a pattern and fabric, she'll sew it all for you. She costs a fortune!! I have the velvet, lining and pattern to make the cape from the Scottish Widows advert, but i'm too scared to cut it...Just for her to cut it was about £30!! Its in the back of the cupboard waiting for me to pluck up the courage...

The last cloak (velvet) I bought, for re-enactment, cost £120 from Cloaked and Dagged, and was far better than anything I could have attempted (velvet is extremely hard to sew, because of the pile). Go to your lady round the corner, fee.fairy - it'll be worth it.

Some of the online survey sites are good. U wont make a fortune from them but theyre good fun and u get to have your say about products. Ciao.co.uk is a good one that pay cash direct into your bank. Ive been with them for about 3 years and have earnt over £200. Various others give you points which then exchange for online vouchers for places like Amazon - least u can get free birthday prezzies then.

I never had much luck with those paid survey sites. Seems I would spend 20 minutes to an hour answering questions on a survey, then at the end they'd say "We're sorry, but you do not qualify for this survey" and I never got paid.

On the other hand, I've made about $600 over the last few years with the following programs:

http://www.no-minimum.com/pages/index.p ... d=ellendra
http://www.myfreeshares.com/index.php?ref=ellendra

and I'm currently testing http://royalsurf.com/?rid=9049 and http://www.mypowermall.com/Biz/Home/18413

Don't know if this helps any, but there it is.
