Please can someone tell me why the poll ends at 23:48 and not at 23:59?

Cos when I set it up I couldn't wait the extra few minutes - I was desperate to go to bed! And it did 5 days to the minute!!!!

I didn't realise it was a set length of time. I just assumed you told it what time it should finish. Makes sense now. Sometimes you just have to go to bed.

It says "Poll ended at Sat Dec 12, 2009 12:48 am"
but I am sat here on Sat 12 Dec at 8.58 am!!!???

I know I know - I shouldn't have left it so long to vote but my internet usage has been very limited the last few weeks.

12.48 am is 0048 hrs which is just after midnight for us on European time.

Never mind folks, all done now and we have three clear winners. Congratulations

If the three winners could pm me your names and addresses and, in order of preference, which prize you would prefer. I think all the prizes are good so there's no 1st, 2nd, 3rd. I'm not sure what I'll do if you all want the same one!!!
