To co-incide with Wombat and the Mrs we would love to do some kind of Scotland (south or central... but could stretrch to Aberdeen) get together, if you would be up fo it.

Anyone else in Scotland fancy it?

You are still most welcome to visit here!! Did we tell you it's Harry Potter country???? And like we said before - there are Birthdays to celebrate when you are here in Blighty!! If you want me to PM you with details of our whereabouts just holler - or PM us!!
Looking forward to seeing you both - if we are lucky enough to be picked!
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

wulf wrote:I somehow missed this thread earlier! I only have a floor to offer (none of those fancy bed things - we just use a futon mattress - so I can't even offer to give up my own bed) but I have quite a few contacts in this bit of Lewisham, SE London, so might be able to rustle up something more elevated if you want to pass by this bit of the world and don't get any better offers.

Thanks Wulf, I let you know, but in any case would like to have a bit of a London catch up like last time with yourself!

Thanks Cassiepod, Shirl and Annpan!

I was hoping to cadge a bit of time at Stoney's croft so if we could time a Scottish get together to coincide that would be great. I don't know how the geography works for you guys up there, hopefully it will all work out OK.

So many offers! Thanks guys!

Wasn't on yesterday - too much work to do... But my beds are still yours, whenever you like. We should have finished lambing mid May, so the worst that could happen is that you have to watch me feed the lambs! And that's usually quite popular with visitors... (Oooooh, how cuuuuute! ) There will be another friend coming in June, and possibly another two later that month, but fortunately I have two spare rooms (once I've chucked all the stuff that's cluttering them up at the mo into the garage).

And yes, a Scottish get-together would be great!

Perhaps those of us in the South West could have a similar get together?I'm hoping the Wombats will be coming to stay so I could host something at my place or we could all meet up at a pub somewhere.

Cheers
Zoe
