Dh is always inventing brilliant new "green" things, then finding out a week later that someone has brought out this brilliant new "green" thing...that he just invented...

It does happen a lot, and I am convinced I have been bugged or microchipped or something. Like I said, I am zeitgeisty rather than cool, but it is still annoying to find your way of life suddenly this season's way to be (I bloomin' hate greenwashing, and although dh says "No it's good, as it gets it out there to the coke and wotsit brigade," it just doesn't then all the green things bought as this season's must have are jettisoned as last season's must have)

One of my older sisters took two bikinis with on her on her sixties honeymoon - the white one became transparent when wet, while the crotched one could have got her arrested  :dave:

Our volvo is a second (at least) 740 and it had had a "Save the Lifeboats" RNLI sticker in the back window. I think it is against the law not to sport one in a volvo...

Have to tried them recently?
And from Easter weekend, I am pleased to let you know an LBC 97.3 favourite will be back. Clive Bull returns to present a new Sunday evening programme.

My dial moved from Radio 1 when it stopped being a music station. Anyway, even Radio 1 gets old. It's the same age as me.

I was never cool between being a geek & and indie boy whilst trying to hide my sexuality, I was the coolest of the geeks though as generally the cool kids treated me like an agony uncle

I stopped listening to Radio One the day DLT jumped ship, never was a cool teenager, always listened to 2 and 4, have gradually grown to adore 1940s radio too
Sing like nobody's listening, live like there's no tomorrow, dance like nobody's watching and love like you've never been hurt.
