Well I think you're all 3 great and you have given me the inspiration I need!
I'm not hugely overweight but the reading on the scales has been creeping up recently and I have a big muffin tummy over the top of my jeans! I have no will power at all, but I'm going to see if I can lose 5 kg.
Thank you for making me believe I might be able to stick to it!

I've lost a stone since xmas, and I'm sorry Shirlz, the wine had to be completely cut out of the diet and its made all the difference.....I'm ok with the wine gone but i love cheese of all strengths, blueness and nationality but all that fat has to go......1 down 5 more to go :pale:

71kg and feeling heaps good. Baggy bum jeans that look as daggy as anything but make me feel GREAT, so I'm still wearing them!!!

Just got my fitness trainer certicate and ID card today too!!!
