coccidiosis chickens

Post: # 108511Post becks77 »

Hi, Frie :? nd is treating a small number of backyard chickens with coxoid as 1 is showing signs of infection, the sickie one has been isolated and treated seperately, however the remaining ones are still laying, we cant find any info on wether the eggs can be consumed whilst being treated but showing no signs of infection.
Anyone got any ideas please,
Becks

Since coxoid isnt ment for chickens, only pigeons, you cant get an official answer from the makers.

Ive asked the OH who is the fountain of chicken knowledge and was reliably told a week for egg withdrawal.

Hope this helps!
