i am moving and was hoping i could take my passionfruit vine with me?

it has not been in one year yet and has not produced any fruit ... i will have to trim it down a fair bit to put it in a pot for transport ... what are my chances of success here ... are they portable or am i best to leave it behind and start again?

Take it with you! You are going into autumn aren't you? The worst that could happen is it could die and you'd have to get a new one. If you leave it behind you'll have to get a new one anyway! Just make sure it gets a big enough pot for its rootball. And lots of TLC.

cool thanks mmm ... i have heaps of TLC to give ... will need to get a bigger pot (filled up all the ones i have already!) ... will let you know how i go.

oh ... should i trim it back and leave it settle for a few days before potting it?

Thanks Chili Monster ... excellent link ... given me a lot to think about and work with. I have been giving it too much free range by the sounds of it anyway, so moving and having to pot it just may be a blessing in disguise
