Requesting interviews with foragers in the London area

Hi Self-sufficientish wild food and foraging readers,

My name's Anna and I'm a journalist working for a charity called YouthNet. We run several websites, aimed at providing impartial information for 16 25 year-olds. (Impartial here means both no ads and no moralising.) I'm working on a podcast about more interesting/ cheaper ways of aquiring food for our general site, www.thesite.org. I wanted to speak to someone about foraging and wondered if any of you could help me?

I'm looking for someone who's either a generally interested forager from within our target age group (16 - 25) or an expert in the field (pun intended) of any age. I'd need to spend around 15 minutes speaking to you and recording it. Sadly, due to the resources currently available to me in terms of travel, equipment and time, I need someone who's in or near to London. This pains me quite a lot, so please know I'm not deliberately being London-centric.

Thesite.org gets over half a million unique users a month and our research shows that a huge variety of young people consume our content - speaking to us would be a great way of telling a very wide audience about the joys and benefits of foraging.

I hope you can help, I'd really appreciate it,

Thanks,

Anna.

PS: Moderators - I read your community guidelines and I couldn't find anything that outlawed posts like these, but if it is a problem, or you need to move it to another thread, can you just let me know?
