Thought I'd better start posting - Instead of just lurking!
anyway, what to tell you?
We have a very small-holding, in a suburban back garden in true Good Life style.... with chickens, quail, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, 3 goats (one milker, one billy and their castrated son) 3 kune kune pigs plus 5 piglets - heading for rehoming (some in the freezer) 4 cats and an enormous dog.
oh yes, and a beehive.
I work full time to pay for their upkeep - winter is not a very self sufficient time for us, & we try to grow enough veg to keep us & them, and am slowly building up the fruit trees.
