moving bushes in leaf...

they've only gone and rearranged the pathways on the allotment site
now io have an established yellow gooseberry and a blackcurrant all happily bushifying and leafy, and i need to move them. should i leave them til after fruiting or can i do it now without damaging them? and how?!
i don't think they'll mind terribly if i leave them as is until autumn, oh i'm all confused! i've had to move one blackcurrant already but at least that was a month ago! (and it is now less leafy than it's new neighbour...)
