I use hemp oil to get my omega 3:6:9 as it replicates a ratio of these that the body needs most closely, apparently. T:e5co have the Good Oil brand of Hemp Oil reduced by £2 to £3.99 for the next 3 weeks, as of today i believe. Can use it to dress salad but a 10ml spoonful a day will give you the 97% of Omega 3:6:9 that is needed by the body.

Now thats a good idea.I'm going through menopause and was advised to take omega 3,so this would be a good one to take.

It's also very very good for your skin it seems if rubbed in.

Thats also interesting.Is it any good for eczema?My daughter(aged 21)suffers quite badly at times with it and is trying to find a good alternative rather than keep using steroid based creams.

Having tried it i say it's excellent but try it for yourself and do a search on Google. You can get expensive hemp based cream from stores but it's the oil you want so why not just get the Hemp Oil from T:e5cos which is £4 for the next 3 weeks and rub that in. Also available in S:ain5burys but not on offer at the moment i believe.

ive just finished my first bottle of good oil and will be getting another, i use to but hemp oil from the healthfood shop that was very thick and would take as a supplement which was horrible (taking hemp oil as an internal supplement literally stopped my ecema), but the good oil is much cheaper then that stuff and is thin enough to use for food, shallow fruing, rubs and dressings, and must be as good as my ecema hasnt come back so yeah even at full price i think its good vaule
