and am trying to work out what it is. and more importantly can i nom it without it doing nasty stuff to me.

Hi Paul, i could look thro' my reference book & probably give it a name, but it is such a difficult subject. There are such subtle differences between varieties that it's not safe to eat anything unless you are absolutely sure about it.
