Hi Gang just to say hello again, sorry again i've been away AGAIN but i have had a major illness to recover from, not to go into boring detail but i lost the use of my right hand, it was very wierd especially as i am right handed but i am well on the mend now and my lovely Jane has looked after me and herself bless her, so i have a lot of catching up to do, i have missed you all terribly my family have kept my garden growing for me and my friends have helped also, my main thing now is to get rid of my fat backside so i did a bit of weeding in the garden but only lasted half an hour but it was a start, i'll post a few pics of the new garden over the next few days, so bless you all and lookig forward to catching up

Hi Russ,
I'm a newbie but i just wanted to say to take it easy and enjoy whatever you're able to do. I have fibromyalgia and am bed ridden a times. My lovely husband and children take care of everything when i'm ill but it is so frustrating to be unable to get out and about.

I can relate to the fat backside as I had to have back surgery and bam suddenly I was fat!
Takes a lot longer to get off as it does to just appear on your bones unfortunately but if you can get back in the garden then things are looking up :)
