when I havent had any alcohol?

well it´s the only way I can describe it...like a mild hangover
dry mouth, everything tastes yuk, foggy head, slightly queasy tummy, etc etc,
but its been 3 days now, and last alcohol was 1 beer on Tuesday, and before that some champers on Christmas day.

As I rarely drink anymore, on Wednesday, I thought, maybe the 1 beer had had that effect,,,,,,,but surely not 3 days

any thoughts anyone?

Most hangover symptoms are dehydration and/or lack of sleep. Could you be suffering from either of these?

I had a virus that started like that a few weeks back. Felt a bit hungover at first, then it developed into a bit of a stomach bug. Was right as rain a few days later. If that's what you've got, then you have my sympathies but, hopefully, you'll soon be over it.
