Newbie - Located near Chislehurst (SE London/Kent)

Hello All,

Just joined, after looking the site on a few occasions. I am a foodie, keen gardener and forager - who can not stop thinking about it, my pocket sized food for free book comes with me everywhere I go (occasionally I manage to find some foraging time between meetings in central london).

I am looking to learn and share ideas with like-minded individuals.

Very interested to hear from those of you who have experience in community garden projects. I would like to set up a local one near me which incorporates wild foods, my neighbours (they don't know it yet), edible common plants and weeds ...
I'm thinking a communial herb garden maybe to get started - I suggested to my husband to use our front garden... As you can imagine, this idea was not well received...

Looking forward to responses, this is the first time I have joined a forum - so any tips for the site would be great!
