I find lying on my back with your legs bent like you're sitting, with your ankles rested on a coffee table or something helps. Even lying in bed with your knees up helps.]
I've found this works aswell. If you lie on your back and slowly draw your knees up and hold them to (or towards) your chest, it opens and stretches whatever there is there in the lower back. This can be done "upsidedown" by doing it face down. It's much like a foetal position but on your back or front.
Any tips to help back ache.
