I was quite surprised when Stumbleupon found this in the Torygraph:

Eighteen years more Saudi oil according to them. And then what?

Also interesting that arch-capitalist (and slightly odd) Ambrose Evans-Pritchard is now basically saying that shale oil is a stop gap rather than an answer.

We need to use less and find alternatives.

But, then, some people were saying that in the late 1960's...
