I've had a Hibiscus in a pot for a couple of years now and it hasn't flowered. It was in the sales so not in the best condition, I'm sure. It has a hard stem in the middle that's been cut down and there are leafy stems growing from the base. Any advice or suggestions?

Could try propagating some cuttings and see if the cuttings produce a healthier plant
