I have some cream legbar hens, chicks from April. Their earlobes are coming in a funny white colour, tinged with greenishness in the same way that glow-in-the-dark pigment is. Some of them have normal red ears though, some have patches of both.
Is this normal or some kind of ailment? They are perfectly healthy otherwise.

I have been looking at pictures of cream legbars and some of them do have white ears, I am just hoping to hatch some out, had the eggs sent to me from the UK, so they may not hatch. I have seen the ears you describe with the green tint, it is quite alright, nothing wrong there I don't think

yes i think they are healthy, no sign of flakiness or irritation. I got my legbars from down the road but hatched ebay duck eggs before, got 5 out of 6! good luck with yours.
