Great shaggy find! Hooray!
Clean with a bit of gentle water
Chopped up with a bit of chopped garlic and fried gently for a few minutes. And gettin' the salad ready.
Delish! Spinach tagliatelle with rocket pesto topped with garlicy shaggy inks caps and fresh salad on the side and leftover au gratin potatoes topped with freshly chopped chives out of the garden. One of my favourite tasting mushrooms.
