Handmills

Was wondering if someone could tell me about the different types of mills. I need something that can do flours, & flaking out of grains and also grind beans, oil seeds, maize and nuts. If a mill is able to do oilseeds is it fair to say it is alright for nuts too?

Also, it needs to be a hand mill rather than electric. Anybody currently using one that does all these things that they can recommend?

I've got a mouli and I've never gotten the hang of it. It sits in my cupboard awaiting either use or freecycling.

I have a stone mill and a steel burr mill. The stone mill gives finer flour but you need to put the grain through twice. I suspect that the oily stuff would be better with the burrs. It is hard work to put any amount through though!
