I need help with lambs - again!

can you wean lambs onto silage or haylage, or does it have to be hay? Where we live, we can find no one who is willing to sell us a bale of hay - they only seem to have haylage. It is probably OK, but I dont want to risk doing anything wrong that could harm the lambs.
another thing - can you attach photos on these messages? if so, how?

Yep you should be able to wean onto it. But they will also need good grass. In fact the haylage should be actually better than hay unless you can get good lucerne. But whatever you wean onto, make sure they are eating plenty of it before you start to wean.

Put the pics onto somewhere like Photobucket. They'll then make a link for you (something like [img] blah blah [ /img]). copy and paste the link in your message, and you should be sorted!
If you're worried about it going wrong, have a go in practice and deleted first.

Aren't they out on grass? Ours just get weaned onto that - no hay or silage until winter (if they make it that far).
