Been foraging today...

managed to get some dandelions, nettles, sweet violet and fairy ring champignon. Kids loved it, as always, can't wait for the elderflowers to come out!
yes! its really summer when the elder is out!
can see hte buds coming!
we make champagne.. what do you do with it?
