I am pleased to announce the safe arrival of 6 kune kune piglets.

All were born this morning and seem to be doing well. Beryl is a lot calmer after the disaster last time.

They are all snuggled together under the lamps and my son has seen them feeding. It all is so different from the last time, mums calm, piglets lively and up on their feet, and Beryls teats are very different to last time!

So I suppose you're all waiting for piccies!!![:D]

I have never seen kune kune piglets before - they are adorable, and what lovely colours!

Well they are all doing well!
But sadly we are one down! Beryl squashed one, it was the smallest.

They are one week old on Friday, and they are growing well. They even took a little walk out into the sunshine the other day. I would rather they wait until the weekend so I can keep an eye on them!

I've had quick look under their skirts and I'm pretty sure I have 1 boar and the rest are sows, so that's pretty good going, the little one that got squashed was a girl too!

Anyway I'll know for sure at the weekend and I'll put on some more pictures, so you can ooh and ahh some more! That's all I do when I see them too!
