As this stuff grows better than grass here, we have the flat leaved parsely and the curled leaf stuff. Currenty in certain areas we mow it.
So what uses are their for parsley
1. we can dried it and use it as a dried herb
2. we can pick it fresh all year round and use it fresh as a herb
there has to be more that we can do with the stuff. Can you use it as a veg? is there such a thing as parsley pesto?

I do believe there is such a thing as parsley pesto (possibly with walnuts instead of pine nuts?). Have you tried googling it?

8. I've not tried it, as the idea has only just occurred to me, but the curly leaved stuff might make an interesting painting tool. It would probably work a bit like a sponge (NB I'm thinking pictures, but it might do for walls too).
