Does anyone know of anyone selling soay sheep in britain? We were going to buy some, but it fell through and now we are looking again. I would accept sheep from anywhere, although scotland would be best.

Too late - we sold our flock off a couple of years ago...

Can't think of anybody at the moment, but you could try asking on the NEEPS forum, there's more Scots on there!

Good Soays (and Hebrideans) can be surprisingly difficult to source in Scotland. I've been looking for a couple of years now.
Mind you, sourcing good pedigree rare or traditional livestock can be difficult in Scotland!

Hmmmm I might have a source... might also have wrong breed! I will ask and report back though!

I know they have a flock at Murton Park - the Yorkshire Museum of farming and have to control the numbers so worth a 'phone call at least.
