We'll eat it boiled or stir-fried, but not every day! What can I do with all my cabbages? All ideas gratefully received! :flower:

Very very thinly sliced and deep fried in really hot oil - otherwise known as crispy fried seaweed. Take it out when it stops crackling (about 5 seconds - you'll know what I mean when you try it) - serve with a sprinkle of brown sugar.

YUM!!!
