"Living Food at Cawdor Castle", which was successfully launched in 2006, is a celebration of organic food and now will include a section on environmental protection. Attended by some 3000 people last September, it set a bench mark for it's quality of produce and administration, as well as providing education and information on healthy eating and local produce. Supported and assisted by the Soil Association and the Slow Food movement, this sustainable food feast takes place in the beautiful grounds of historic Cawdor Castle. Wonderful organic food stalls will be complemented by top local chefs who will convert the food that is on sale into delicious taster lunches. All this will be supported by a programme of food and drink lectures and live music.

Sure is ... the estate also has lands in South Wales not far from where I was brought up :)

holy crap i had no idea that was a real place. never ceases to amaze me how little I know about our own islands. stuff hollidaying abroad, there's more of the uk to see!

now there are very wise words indeed ... I prefer being uk .. that all this stuff over the water... Scotland is the best but cant spend as much time there as I would like ..... and back on topic ... I wish I coud get to Cawdor Castle the end of the month ...
