It's horrendous, and she'll be scarred for life, but I can't help but feel it's a miracle. It's so rare when a child gets abducted that they get found, and I could just shout this from the rooftops!

Its wonderful news that this little girl has been found, as youve all said her family must be over-joyed. However, is it not strange that after 4 days she still hasnt been allowed home and her Mum has only seen her thru a one-way mirror? Im not a counsellor or policewoman or anything but surely the best thing for that little girl is to be back home with her Mum - unless they have other reasons to doubt her safety?

Exactly what we were discussing over dinner last night. God only knows what's going on Just sounds a little like the adults could do with remembering they are adults and guiding the children not the other way around...

I too thought it a little stange she has not gone home. It sounds like a child protection issue in regards to one or more family members.

A little strange - you can say that again. If (if) ... if ... IF ... this is an abduction case, then I believe it's unprecedented.

Unless, as my friend suggested this afternoon, theyre making sure shes not influenced by the step-father as its his uncle? But even so they wouldnt keep her from her Mum would they? Very odd me thinks!

Isn't it strange to see how these things turn out - My thoughts are with that wee girl and her foster family (assuming and hoping she is with a foster family)

I think that when she gets inside Nick she will pay dearly.
