Just for fun... - pick a page

A few years ago I bought the John Seymore book for my mate and told him that he should try to do at least one thing from there every year.
I thought just for a bit of fun it might be good to pick a page from the new selfsufficientish book any page from 1-400 and whatever number you pick you have to do what is on that page. Anyone up for it?
(and I do apologise for talking about the book a lot, just rather excited)

Sounds like a laugh - OK, my lucky (ho ho) number has always been 5. What have I let myself in for?

Nice one MKG, although on second thoughts and after looking at the book again page 5 is a contents page and it does not start until page 13!

OK, if 5 isn't available, I'll go double or quits - how about 55?

204 - but please may I be excused if it involves bees - I react really badly to stings
