Mixed Fruit and Yoghurt with Seeds
This can be made without the seeds if you don’t have any, but seeds will make it a lot tastier and will set you up for the day. This is a tasty alternative to breakfast cereal.
Ingredients
200ml/g low fat, live yoghurt
1 largish handful of mixed seeds, such as -
sunflower seeds, pumpkin [...]
