fab thank you for all of that - I will try whizzing a tin up with yoghurt and freezing it, taking it out every now and then to stir up - mango pie sounds delicious! As does jam, it would be great under a layer of marzipan
and wine is always a good idea!

Mangoes - mango ice cream, definitely. Prunes - leave 'em in the tins until you make more wine - not necessarily prune wine, but they make a great addition to any red wine, adding a whole lot of body and flavour. I thought of ice cream, have never made it before though, will look into it, unless yo...

what can I do with tinned mango's?
I have quite a few tins of out of date mangos in juice, the out of date thing doesn't bother me! I have made wine with 2 of the tins, am thinking chutney thoughts but what else could I do with mangos? They make great smoothies but there are only so many mango smoothies I can drink in a lifetime! I a...

lampshade out of paper cups
I am so proud of this! I don't think it would be safe with plastic or foam cups though, it is cable tied onto the horrible light above and they are all stapled together.

Okay - according to my s/s you can sow Beetroot, Broccoli, Carrot, Cauliflower, Florence Fennel, Leaf Salad, Lettuce, Pumpkin, Radish, Rocket, Spring Onion and Turnip in June. Of course this is just the stuff I've grown and I'm only basing this on what it say...

What to plant in June?
Hiya
Last week I started to share an allotment with 2 other people, we can only get there at the weekend at the moment so I need ideas for things to plant that are low maintenence.
This was going to be a longer post but my child is hassling me!
Any ideas appreciated!

It´s worth noting that these sponge things have all the same risks regarding TSS as regular tampons, rare but nevertheless not something that has been reported as a problem with pads or mooncups (versions of which have been in use since the 1920s). Hi One of my customers told me to check out this ...
