I've been using a dehydrator for a few years now, and it has become absolutely indispensable. If you grow your own food, I'd say you NEED one of these! They’re well worth trying, Milly - tasty, crunchy, very nice - but even more worth growing. You’ll never grow an easier crop than Chinese artichokes, that’s for sure.
