Heres what i do with my used teabags i sprinkle eucalyptus oil on em and lay a few round the soil to keep cats off and the rest i thrown under my azaleas or camillias with the crushed eggshells

I love reading yours now heres mine, i did feel a bit mean when i started saving everything with a view to "one day i will use it for something" I now save all our hair cuttings when the hairdresser comes and i put them round the garden, one to keep slugs at bay and two for a mulch for fru...

can only wish I had a Rayburn or Aga but I don't use my oven very much as its electric fan assisted. I prefer to make things in the pot on the gas hob. Well i have decided today to save all my junk mail cardboard and paper rubbish and make my own paper bricks for my garden chimeneys i will need a log maker off ebay and im not sure if all paper/card will be suitable but hey i will give it a go.
