Courgettes

I'm growing a selection of veg but I was wondering if you can freeze courgettes? All the other stuff I'm growing can be frozen or kept in the dark etc to keep for as long as possible.

It looks like I'll be getting quite a crop of courgettes so any ideas how to preserve them?

Hello from Staffordshire!

Hello! My partner and I are in our 30's (early!! ) and have been getting more into growing our own veg over the past few years. We've been growing more year by year as we've rescued more of our garden from weeds and rubbish left by the last owners!!

Great to 'meet' you all
