Few years ago I brewed up a batch of Tea wine - think it was Earl Grey (was quite a while ago) and a batch of Coffee wine (Nescafe to be precise). Both went down rather nicely, the tea had a very delicate flavour.

This is a very timely thread, as we were only talking "Teas" the other night. So we now know that comfrey belongs to the Triffid family and we need Bocking 14 to stop them taking over.

Congrats on the lotty My advice would be..... 1] slow and steady, just take things easy 2] strim it all down, then either apply Glyphosate if you are happy to use herbicides. wait for this to take effect then cover. Or just strim and cover. 3] break the plot down into small managable sections and so...

Mike, It's growing up, over and through a 7foot fence. I am seriously think of accidentally setting fire to the whole fence and blaming it on spontanious combustion
