What have we all been 'slapping' on it, or are planning too...
This week we have had, in no particuar order,
Salmon, bangers, burger and with peri peri... king prawn, squid,turkey and chicken. Also veg, new spuds and slaw.

The usual wine, pickles and jam...I try and keep the freezer 'topped up' should we ever have a few weeks when money is tight. So 1 large turkey, chickens, 1 gammon, stewing steak, fish and various chops/ joints/ chicken pieces. Also butter and a pile of veg. Bones also waiting to be made into stock....

I am just reading Michael Winners diet book, ok not all are a fan. He does say he weighs himself 3 times in the morning and the same thing happens to him as you have said.

I am a big fan of good 'local' buchers. They should be able to tell you where meat has come from/ farm and about it's slaughter.
Mine does and all chicken/ turkey iss free range, with other meat from local farmers.

Place I used to buy my seeds from has closed down, I have everything but..... Dont know the name of the ones I used to buy, ok should have made notes. They were by T&M, brown skin, not silver and said on the front of the packet, 'ideal for pickling'. Have looked on the website and search engines...
