Is it possible to keep chicks in a heated plant propergator?

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to keep young chicks in a heated plant propergator.
I have heard that some people have used them as a brooder but is this possible?
What can I do to make it better for chicks?
Will a heat mat work better?
Thank you.

Is there any chance a propergator will hatch poultry eggs???

Hi,
I know that I put a similar post like this, but this will be very handy, I cannot make one using a light bulb because of personal reasons.
So, for example if I put in about 10 - 12 eggs in the propergator how many will hatch into chicks or ducklings?
Thank you.
